Pessoal, alguém pode me ajudar com uma dúvida?
Posso confiar na indicação de calorias do app? E qual o conceito para “pouco ativo” e “ativo”?
O sistema me recomendou entre 1.700 e 1.900 calorias, mas reduzi para 1.500. Sei que o ideal é fazer escolhas saudáveis, mas, para o emagrecimento, basta eu me manter em déficit calórico?
Questiono, pois sempre fiz LC, sem me preocupar com calorias, mas gostaria de seguir uma dieta mais flexível.
