Well, it's almost 7.45pm here and for some strange reason, I haven't felt hungry at all today, Drinking lots of water and had tuna with a whole meal bread roll earlier. I think the exercising has kind of killed my appetite. Not really sure if this is normal, but for now I won't complain. I feel full of energy but my upper arms are aching from doing a few push ups this morning.

Feeling Happy with my first weigh in 4.4Ibs in 4 days. Still have a long way to go. but I think this is a great start and has made me even more determined to reach my target weight.

Had a early night last night and was up at 4.15 am so spent a hour doing some housework with the intention of getting a bit of exercise in, Had a big glass of water and suddenly I felt like I just wanted to crawl back in bed and sleep the day away lol. Instead I put the radio on and ended up doing some fast crazy dancing around the house (it's a good job hubby was at work) or he would have wondered what I was doing although the poor cat was sat staring at me in a strange way lol. I now feel full of energy and after 20 push ups looking like a beached whale in distress, I'm gonna do 20 minutes on treadmill to keep up with the "walk 5 miles a week" challenge then off to do some shopping therapy.

Woke up at 5am feeling a bit hungry (I think this has become a habit) and I found myself wandering over to the fridge. I am feeling proud of myself that instead of making a sandwich or eating something bad I picked up 2 small cucumbers, I put a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl and sat there dipping the cucumbers in it, Bliss. Feeling satisfied and ready to get my day started, I did have a bit of a "craving a Cornish pasty day" yesterday but as I have none I couldn't be tempted. Hoping today will go good and I plan going outside to sweep up the 50 billion leafs that have fell off the trees.

Woke up today feeling much more energetic sp gonna have a bout on the treadmill brisk walking. Didn't realize how unfit I am until I did 25 minutes on it yesterday n almost passed out gasping for breath lol (the things that flashed through my mind) are kind of hilarious as I envisioned myself collapsing and then thought OMG imagine some poor medics having to carry me on a stretcher Oh the shame, well that vision should keep me motivated for a long time. Also feeling proud that I cooked a big fattening roast beef dinner yesterday for hubby & his mum and didn't once feel tempted to munch any of it, instead I had just a couple of steamed carrots, 1/4 cup of garden peas a bit of cabbage & a small lean braised beef steak. Today I'm gonna do some treadmill, have a early spring clean through the house, do some baking for the in laws and some shopping.
