I love being able to tie my shoes without having to sit down and figure out how to breath. I am so proud of myself. Next goal weight, I should be able to touch my toes for more than 30 seconds and come back up without being short of breathe or needing to sit down afterwards due to dizziness.
Only the strong survive, so I have to stay focused on strong. Believing in myself seems to be harder than others believing in me, I have to keep knowing that I can do this and not to give up.

Slow and steady wins the race. I have been working hard on exercising everyday and doing something productive, at least 30 minutes. I have also been drinking more water, no sodas, and I don't eat after 6:30pm.
Why is it so easy to put on weight and harder than ever to lose it. Oh the agony but the rewards are worth it. I took the stairs today and I didn't almost pass out, I will take it.
