New Years Resolutions:
Diet Related:
1) Exercise 4 days a week for one year. Join a kickboxing class.
2) Eat only one "sweet" after dinner.
3) Eat more veggies.
Non-Diet Related:
1) Learn Hindi
2) Learn to cook Indian food.
2) Save money.

Well, I'm not going to start counting calories or weighing in until tomorrow - suffice it to say I've been VERY BAD for a week and a half and it's time to get with the program once again!

Well, I managed to survive Labor Day weekend without completely messing up :-) I ate some bad stuff, but some good stuff, too, so I'd say for the most part I broke even. At least I am being consistent about writing stuff down . . . I think that keeps me from overeating more than anything. Also, I actually weighed myself today, so my official starting weight is 119 - which is lower than I expected, so that was a nice surprise.
I started the Fall into Fitness challenge today - unfortunately all I did was walk for 20 minutes but at least I got up and made myself do it.
