I know it is only day 2 but I have a challenge to keep track of my meals so far I did but I had to back track from yesterday to fill in what I had for dinner. Now I am ready for my dinner. I am also trying not to eat to late at night

It has been awhile since I kept up with my entries and now I would be working on a new plan to get myself going. My goal is to keep track of what I am eating first and then try to get in a little exercise. I work all different hours at my job and it is hard to find a routine when to have my meals.
