Happy Thursday everyone!
*Last night when I was fixing something to eat for my husband, I found myself mindlessly getting ready to put a chunk of cheese in my mouth. Something that I always do. Mindless eating sure gets us in trouble!
*I woke up this morning and thought to myself that I could not bear to journal my eating again today. Seriously? It's only day 2. So, I said out loud to myself that nothing was going to change if I didn't change. I had to say it out loud to try and conquer the "talking" that goes on in my mind. So, breakfast has been listed in my journal. Whew!
*Can someone tell me how to change my icon picture? The lemon is cute but looks nothing like me. :/

First day here. I'm at a point where I am beyond disgusted with myself. I'm at my wits end with the weight that I have gained over the last couple of years. And, it doesn't help that I have Hypothyroidism and am going through menopause. I welcome any support, advice, ideas, or anything else that could be of help to me through this difficult time.
