Am taking it serious this time.
Have joined the walking boot camp challenge here.
My grocery list includes a lot of WW food as it is so easy to just do it and not worry about how many points your using.
I am tracking like crazy and have stopped drinking coffee.
After having had the flu for the past couple of weeks, I thought that I would be gaining, but thanks to healthy choices, I seem to be steady.
Thursday is weigh in day for WW, so I'm hoping the news will be good...

First week back at WW and I ended up putting on rather than taking off!
I had a bad week with chronic fatigue and therefore had some very poor food choices. My one shiny moment was the fact that my support people also had a bad week, so we were all able to start again together!

Have been off for nearly a month due to a really bad case of the flu! Boy, I swear I could've coughed up my lungs a time or two.
Back on the treadmill (lol) so to speak, but have to take it slowly..sigh....
With all the hopeless weapons that these brain boxes keep coming up with to zap people, you'd think they could find a pill that would just zap the fat away.
*I feel an Elvis song coming on...*
