Emang kalo mau badan kurus itu porsi makanan dan cara kita makan tu berbeda banget bisa gue rasain banget perbedaannya tubuh jadi tambah ringan/enteng dan lincah nafas panjang kalau badan gemuk tapi lamban cepat cape kalian pilih aja sendiri mau gemuk atau

My diet food same everyday that make me loss 20 Kg in 3 months ONLY 595 calorie per day under BMR
- Roti 2 lembar
- chedar cheese
- selai kacang
- 3 putih telur
- 1 apple
- 1 pisang
- minuman air lemon, serai dan jahe (2 cup sebelum & sesudah bangun tidur)

- Run Sprint trade mile (HIIT)
- Crunch and plank (HIIT)
- Dumbble lifting and boxing (LISS)
2 hours everyday in 5 days a week 2 days rest (saturday and sunday)

cukup buat tenaga di pagi hari
