Good balance of healthy and moderate indulgence. These next few weeks will be great! I have to admit the warmer weather encourages me to exercise.

Friday, 2/24
Breakfast: Bowl of Regular Cheerios w/ 2% Milk
Snack: Small Banana
Lunch: 2 Ham and Cheese roll ups w/ mayo and dijon, some baby carrots, grapes
Snack: Gala Apple
Dinner: Baked Porkchops w/ seasoning (garlic, pepper, etc . . . no breading), steamed broc., califlower, and carrots w/ light salt (no butter)
Dessert: Klondike Bar . . . trying to feed my cold :)
Saturday, 2/25
Breakfast: 3 Fried Eggs w/ a little bit of salsa on top
No Lunch, but snack: about 20 raw almonds and some Nestle chocolate chips. Hot green tea.
Dinner (will be): Grilled New York strip steak and steamed peas or green beans

Breakfast: Bowl of regular Cheerios w/ 2% milk
Lunch: 2 ham and cheese roll ups, grapes, carrots, 1 gala apple
Dinner: Lettuce wrapped baked butterflied boneless, skinless chicken breasts w/ cheese, mayo, dijon, a little bbq sauce, tomatoes, onions, pickles. French fries on the side.
Dessert: 1 Miller Lite

Breakfast: 2 egg omlette w/ mexican cheese blend, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes, 2 Jimmy Dean Sausage Patties, and a small piece of banana bread w/ Country Crock Spread. Water to drink.
Lunch: 2 Black Forest Ham and Provelone Cheese roll-ups (including mayo and dijon mustard and lettuce), Many baby carrots (20-ish). Water to drink.
Snacks: 1 Banana, 1 Gala Apple, 2 Mozarella String Cheese, 2 Peanut Butter Patty Girl Scout Cookies, 3 Red Grapes.
