susngguh berat akan melewati turun ke dua digit harus butuh perjuangan yang berat mencapai ke 85 kg etappe kedua , harus menjga kelenturan kulit dengan banyak makan buah juice , tidak minum manis . kadang kadang perut terasa harus segera diisi menu makan siang harus cukup sekitar jam satu harus makan. kopi dan kue kecil boleh diantara isagenik satu sachet . sore makan lagi sedikit malam setelah jam tujuh tidak boleh isi karbohidrat lagi . keculi juice, isagneik , buah. sirsak tanpa gula .
