My weight stayed the same, but I had my doctor's appointment and my A1C went down almost 1 whole point. He was pleased and said to continue what I'm doing. So I'm happy for now, but need to get back on track to lose weight.

OK, I've been at same weight for a long time. I'm not losing, but at least I'm not gaining. I'm just not doing anything. I'm feeling defeated. I'm not losing anything, so I'm beginning to think it's not worth it. My doctor appointment was post-poned for 2 more weeks. That will be the real test when I find out if my A1C has changed. I hope so, that may give me the push I need to get back to working on it. My problem is dinner and night time. I'm always hungry, can handle it while at work, but once I'm home I feel like its a free for all.
