Haven't been here in a while, as I was keeping my own personal journal. But it just wan't as rewarding as seeing your weight in chart form. So here I am, YET AGAIN!!
This time I am pretty much focued. trying to see how much I can lose before my 40th birthday.

Well I fell off the band wagon, but now I am getting back on. Gained some weight, as you can see. Thankfully I dont have any medical issues, but that's not to say they wont come later, if I dont get on the ball NOW!! So I am back at it.
My sister has joined me, well she has surpassed me...already lost 40 lbs. So she is definitely an inspiration.
I started yesterday July 13, 2012. Walked a mile around my alma maters track...LETS GO KNIGHTS!!! Did some crunches. Ran some cone drills. Did some push-ups. I also walked half of the bleachers. Thats when I felt my heartbeat in my ear-drums, so I figured that was enough for the day.
I am doing the same thing today. Then on Thursdays I will be swimming laps. Unfortunatley I will be doing that by myself, because my sister refuses to get her hair wet. All in all, I believe I have a great support system now. So I KNOW I will get this thing done.

Oh goodness. So it has been forever since I have logged in. But I am still maintaining my current weight. Been up and down, up and down with my weight, but somehow, I dont seem to go over where I last was. Any who, I am going to try and stick to my healthy eating plan, and incorporate more activity. I will admit, work and modeling has had me majorly busy, but I have to make the time for me and my health.
I am now looking into african dance class, as a way to get active. Being on the treadmill is boring with a capital B to me. Needless to say I wont stick with anything that doesn't interest me. So I figure with dancing, I will stick with it. I am not som much focused on weight (numbers anymore) but more so inches. I have come to realize I will never be small. It's just not built in my bone structure.
So hopefully this time I will stick with it and produce life changing results.

Good golly Ms. Molly, just finished exercising with my son (who is a slim jim by the way) doing the Cardio Max Level 1 with Bob Harper. Goodness gracious, it is definitely not as easy as it appears, according to my son. I knew right off hand I would be struggling, but when I looked over and saw "high school skinny" over there huffing and puffing, I knew I was getting a good workout in. I also worked with my medicine ball, but I dont see anywhere to enter the exercise for that, nor my resistance bands. If anyone knows how many calories those exercises burn, I would greatly appreciate you passing along that info.
Anywho, I am done for the evening, time to prepare dinner, take a shower, and SWAN DIVE in the bed!!! Have a good one.
