3 tips untuk hidup sehat :
1. pola makan : makan secukupnya, jangan jadikan perut sebagai tempat sampah, dan jangang bebani perut terlalu banyak.
2. olah tubuh : gerakkan badan, minimal jalan kaki 6000 langkah perhari, jangan olahraga terlalu berat agar tubuh tidak stress.
3. olah pikiran : meditasi, lepaskan sejenak beban pikiran minimal sehari 20 menit. relaksasi.
