今天不詳細紀錄飲食,早爆醣了!😁
早: 黑咖啡+橄欖油(長輩的好意,不好拒絕😅)。
午: 爆醣飲食😁
下午茶:蘋果、鳳梨。(塞不下了,但長輩說要多吃水果才幫助消化😂)
晚: 吃中午剩下的大餐,好多,最後也沒吃完。
週一準備揭曉爆醣成果👏👏😆洗洗睡😴

早餐: 黑咖啡、薯餅三明治、酪梨。
午餐: 袖珍菇雞蛋捲、炒青菜、蔬菜湯、南瓜堅果沙拉(美乃滋)、涼拌豆腐、鳳梨。
零食: 巧克力餅、牛奶夾心酥。
晚: 不吃了。
