Checking in to report that I’ve been on the lam the last week. A friend came to visit for a few days and we like to cook together! Fortunately we also like nature and hiking, so I did get some most excellent exercise with my pal. The mosquitoes like me too much though - I tell myself that it’s because I’m healthy! Haha!
Anyhow, my spirits are good but I’m feeling the out-of-the-norm food bloat. (Think blueberry pancakes, key lime pie, risotto, etc.) My plan today is to get some more good outside exercise and clear the fridge. Garbage day is tomorrow! Also, I’m recommitting to tracking….it’s a cornerstone for me.

Somehow my patterns evolved to me weighing myself every day and tracking in four different apps! (WW Conair Scale, Happy Scale, Fitbit and Fat Secret) It really helps me to weigh daily, but tracking in four different apps daily isn’t necessary…going to keep using my WW scale app and update all others periodically.
