My only day off and I get somewhat overwelmed with stuff to do. Housework, gardening, paperwork etc. That to much to do and to little time and what I really want to do is take a nap and read a book feeling can send me right to the fridge. To the fridge I went but that's ok the damage wasn't to serious. Tomorrow I'll do better.

FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS! (1. a point to which something converges or from which something diverges.) Concentrate, awareness, learn, understand... everyday is different. Some seem easy some not. Trying to understand me in each day as life goes on. How we react to life's challenges can be the key to eating and what we eat.

I was without internet service for the last 48 hours so have been food journaling with a paper and pen what a drag! I have been doing pretty well on this challenge, focusing on why I'm eating as well as what and when. Had a few slip ups but know it's ok, leave them behind and move forward.

Today is the first day of the "10 day Focus Challenge". So far so good but I do think the first few days of any diet or program are the easiest. The no eating after 7:00 will be next to impossible as I usually don't get home till 6:30ish and still have dinner to prepare.
I was focusing on the word focus-came up with Figuring Out Change Understanding Self. Will work on FOCUS in my life.

Decided to do a weigh-in today and a 2 lb loss. I will still weigh in again on Wednesday. Maybe a twice a week weigh-in will help me stay on track. It's worth a shot. What have I got to lose? LOL
