I've been at it since forever and am the same weight today as I was on Oct.26th of last year... meanwhile I wrote a book on the two girls who were molestation abuse victims... I was of physical abuse and how they survive and grow and heal. I am keeping to my plan...under 1500 calories a day and I am losing at a snail rate... trying not to be discouraged... one in a half pounds in 6 weeks ... really slow and I swear I do not cheat ... go figure...
