So my sister and I stopped drinking soda and eating fast food. I still feel the same. My sister and I ate fast food daily and twice a day on Saturday and Sunday because we both work 16 hour shifts from 8 am to 12 am. I feel like it’s easier to start to become healthier when I’m doing it with someone then when it’s just me. My sister and I enable each though that’s the bad part though. My sister is 5’3 at about 280. I’m 5’11 at 400.

I’ve done really bad about being keto, going to workout. Etc. I went back to working weekends and a overnight. I hope this frees up a lot of my time. I want to try to do meal prep and do keto diet. I honestly want to start working out again. The last few months I have felt like crap.

Back on the keto wagon. Last time I did keto for a week and lost about 8 pounds and then I had lunch with some friends at Olive Garden which I didn’t eat keto. I gained about 1.6 pounds sine August 17th since I ended keto. I honestly thought I gained more.

So I’m not even going to enter my meals today. I ate at Olive Garden and I ate a little bit of everything. Ate 2 bread sticks, a fourth of a salad, about half of the pasta nachos, a few fried mozzarella things and a few drinks of a orange Italian ice cream drink. I also drank about 5 glasses of water. So ya didn’t do good. I can honestly say I physically feel like shit.
