Yippee!! I'm below 160. I know 159.9 is pretty darn close to 160 but I'll take it!! I'm hoping to stick to this diet. I've been on it since Nov. and it's getting a bit tiring but I plan on hanging in there.

Well, I recorded what I ate and I think that helps. I see that I snack a lot through out the day. I went up .3 pounds. I always weigh myself the same time everyday because I know my weight will fluctuate throughout the day. I always eat 2 lite bars a day as allowed on my plan. I'm wondering if I cut those out if I would lose weight a little faster? Those bars are too yummy they've got to be bad for me somehow. Do most of you do the lite bars everyday or do you substitute with something else?
