I couldn't be more excited. So I scheduled a doctor's appointment for my foot thing, and I went in and I have lost 20 lbs. (I started at 268 and I am down to 245 on the doc's scale) I brought my a1c from a 6.4 to a 5.9 and I am stoked! I need to lost 95 more lbs!
OMG! I'm so thankful!

So today was a start to a new day....this morning I got up and did a Denise Austin 30 minute target toner. Now I did skip the butt exercises, this is an 80's video, so I need junk in my trunk. So I improvised and did some squats instead.
For breakfast I microwaved me two scrambled eggs...and then ate a delicious lunch of Baked Salmon and Green Beans w/ peanut butter afterwards as a snack. Mmmmmm. I have not drank any unsweet tea, only water today.
I'm about to go on my 30 minute walk for my lunch period at work. :)

My hypochondria has kicked in full force. The last 2 hours at work, my feet had a dry feeling and felt like they were wet. (like when step in a puddle of water and walk around in a soggy ass shoe) I know diabetics have more problems with their feet, so this is unnerving for me. I cannot and will not leave my kiddos parentless. I'm just pissed at myself for cheating here and there.
It's time to get back on track, and FOCUS!!!
It's pretty cold and dark out here tonight, so I feel like 2 30 minute target toners with Denise Austin might be the trick until winter is out of the way.
Sorry I seem like a whiny titty baby, I don't have anyone I can vent to.

So my weekend consisted of going shopping and getting the things I needed for Thanksgiving. It sucks having to get all the stuff for everybody and knowing you can't go hog-wild and eat all of it. I bought the stuff for Turkey, and my stuffing and mashed potatoes....CARBS! And of course all the stuff to make pies, and cheesecake. It's torture. I broke down and ate cool whip yesterday and totally feeling the after effects. I can give up a lot of things: alcohol, cigarettes, hell, even sex. lol. But FOOD! ARGH!
My starting weight in September was 268...I am now at 249. I wanted to be 30 lbs down by this time, and I've had a few minor set backs. I have got to get into gear. I am going to end up insulin dependent if I can't get some self control and tell myself NO! I have cut out all sugary drinks, my drinks consist of unsweet tea, with sweet n low. And water. No cokes. No SWEET TEA. And I have lowered my intake on noodles, and rice. I eat an occasional biscuit or roll. But I made many changes in my diet, it's just not good enough. And I really need to get my ass out there and run. It's just cold, and I don't like running in the cold. I always seem to get sick afterwards.
No more excuses. Get your ass into gear. BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
