Well it is inch by inch, slowly losing little by little. Drinking a lot more water and think that that is helping. But still frustrated, it is not coming off like I want it to and I have been soooo diligent.!

Still working hard to get down a few pounds. I have made it within 10 lbs. of my goal weight but have met a standstill, but still striving hard to follow my diet closely.

I am kinda stuck at this weight. I have tried my best to stick to the diet and am doing rather well but am getting frustrated about my loss. HELP!!!
