After literally a week of beinh good yesterday I thought I'd grab a few/lot of biscuits. Not on the good schedule for sure but a good lesson, one can become many very quickly.

After a healthy day of Huel only I broken open the biscuit jar and feasted. So staying up late is clearly a no-no, as the temptation is too much haha. I will try the previous routine, dinner, brush teeth no snacks.
