Been off my diet for a while, but picked up again and lost a pound which is better than nothing. So very pleased with myself. Positive mental attitude is what's needed.

Went to dads 90th so didn't exercise or really stick to my diet for four days. Thus the result. Found it really hard to motivate myself again. Kept looking at my 'visualizeyoursize' photo of how I looked and what I'd like to look like. I decided I prefer the picture of what I could look like and started again.

I can honestly say that visualizing your size really does keep you focused.

Since I've been on the 5:2 diet four weeks ago I seem to be doing really well. I've lost 7 lbs and am delighted. I have also been lucky enough to have a picture of myself as I would like to look eventually done, this helps me focus on what I really want to look like and keeps me on that diet.

I started the 4:3 diet (5:2) and am finding it really great. I have dieted for years and at last I've found a way that suits me. I have started a new business myself which is also helping me called "visualizeyoursize." I took a photo of me as I was and slimmed it down to how I would like to look. I have both photos on the wall by my computer. Visualizing how I could look like really helps me to keep focussed on my diet.
