i gain more weight everytime i try to diet -i have exercised
4-5 days a week -tredmill 20mins -weight lifting & the 30 min
express- at first i took off 23 lbs -i did this from sept 2011 til feb 2012- i have regained 10 so as usual i am back to slacking on the exercise-i am so tired of trying to be thin- i really want to be healthy by eating healthy & exercise
