so i have been doing amazing with my eating :) im so proud of myself!!! except last night.. i dont know how im going to make it through the weekends!!!
i had made clean mac & cheese for supper, which was surprisingly really good! we were invited to FH's cousins to go in the hot tub and have a few drinks. so we get there and they open 2 big bags of chips. i gave in and hand a small handful and thats it. i figured 5 chips wouldnt be so bad. so we went into the hot tub and of course after they order take out.. :| donairs.. wings... garlic fingers... ughhhh!!!
so at 1:00 am ths morning i had a few garlic fingers.. grrr.. im so disappointed that i couldnt say no. so i got up bright and early this morning and back to my oatmeal and water!
a gf gave me the insanity dvd's so i may try a workout see if that helps me feel a bit better.
how do you have a social life in your 20s and not eat bad and / or drink!? sigh.

Jumped on the scale this morning, even though i know i shouldnt..i was feeling pretty "light"! 149! woohoo!!
i have been following my diet super strict and FH even had a stupid ice cream sandwhich last night that i passed up.
Go me!! lol

SO happy that when i finally got on the scale this morning i was quite a bit lower then I had expected. 150! so 25 lbs would take me exactly where i would like to be!
Bad news is its that time of the month and it seems the cramps are 100x worse than they have ever been. So im going to maintain diet all day and try and drink as much water as i can!
I also got insanity and may start that tonight. Im trying to not get too into it too fast and get overwhelmed and quit.
they say abs are made in the kitchen so im focussing 100% of my attention on healthy eating!
