早上剛起床 前30分鐘不能量體重
剛吃飽30分鐘內也不能量體重
早上剛起床是人一天最瘦的時候
吃完三餐後 會量到剛剛吃下去食物的重量
兩者都不准 也不能比較
一天之內體重+1kg 都是正常範圍值
