sebenarnya makanan sehat harus seimbangain semua, gula,protein,yodium harus seimbang.
kurang gula bisa kesemutan,gelisah,sakit kepala, tulang gak kuat, rabun kurang yodium juga gak baik lemas otot, nyeri otot, sulit berpikir.
