I’m sorry it looks like i ate below my calories needed but i just had capcay so the calories kinda increasing but not that much. i got 741cal todaaayy letsgooo

Day 4 recap!
Didn’t expect that the carrot-cabbage-salad would be THAT much. first time to try the nami rice milk that i bought for the sake of cute packaging. it was great though i didn’t feel the “breakfast” effect. got 764cal in total yeay

Day 3 recap!
Gonna give 2/10 lol got no time to cook. I was abt to order some food but turns out the weather didn’t cooperative with me🤦🏻♀️so i just toasted my expired-today-wheat bread in the rice cooker. In the end, still super grateful (660cal)

I’m back with a normal food (hope so) and do some light cardio cause it’s my first day of period. got 765cal in total, happy happyy!!! i’m tryna balance the food and not cut it too much ever again. thanks for all the kind words<3
