New year off to not a bad start other than the fact that I am in the RV for the next 4 months and forgot to bring my scale. I will just have to do the diet and exercise bit and then weigh myself when I finally get home (or on a scale in Walmart LOL)

Nearly two weeks of eating in restaurants really plays hell with a diet. I am so glad to be home again and have more control over my food. I don't even enjoy eating in restaurants :(
