down to 93 kilos roughly at 8% body fat still 3 weeks out to do a competition . following ketosis diet. But I do eat carbohydrates just to refill the glycogen in my muscle from training. especially when you do heavy lifting you'll feel that slump when you follow ketosis diet. but the trick for that is just about 20 grams of oats just before gym and directly after gym.
