every day is a new start- so for me every day is the first day of my "diet".. this has helped keep me focused..

i do need to focus more on working out. i have not been as dedicated to working out as i know i should be but that will soon change as well.

but for now, i am not going to beat myself up because i am not working out as hard as i know i should. i figure once the eating is under control- so to speak- the exercise will catch up as well.

keep smashing folks- every day brings us one step closer to our goals..

Day 31- So I weighed myself this morning and the scale teetered between 182 and 180 so I decided to record the middle weight to be safe. I hate when the scale does that!! I hate scales in general- LOL

They are like a drug- I think there should be a Scalers Anonymous.

Hi! My name is Paula and I am addicted to the scale. I weigh myself every morning and sometimes every night. I am not proud of this and am even ashamed to admit that every so often when I get up in the middle of the night to pee I hop on the scale and weigh myself then too. Thank you.
