My 2nd week of Beach done and this week I lost 2.8lb. Really pleased, nice seeing the scales count down :c) Starting to get into the habit of working out at home, this is harder to find motivation for than going to the gym!

Not recorded an entry for a couple of days. WW going well, my points of gone down by 1, which is good as it means I'm losing weight. Nearly at the 7lb mark and feeling really good. It's great to see the scales going down instead of up!

I am over the moon. I am finally under the 14st mark and am really pleased.
I have been working out too and am feeling so much better. I have the BEACH challenge to thank for that :c)

I'm getting a bit slack on recording journal entries. But think this is a great way to stay on track.
I'm into my second week on ww and am finding it relatively easy to stick to my points, haven't gone over once so am really pleased with myself.
Exercising is another thing, been feeling so tired the past few weeks that haven't really done anything. But thanks to BEACH challenge I have started being more active, walked my dog every afternoon this week, spent 30 mins on my Wii fit and did my 50 min yoga DVD. All in all thats a lot more than I would normally do, so guess I shouldn't beat myself up too much.... But next week I want to concentrate on getting up in the morning and working out before work, I'm always so shattered when I get back that walking the dog is all I have the energy for so I need to get an exercise habit/routine in place for the mornings.

It's not been a whole week but needed to weigh myself for BEACH challenge, so will start weighing myself every Friday instead. Don't want to get obsessed with gettin gon the scales, want it to be about how I feel.
Beach going well, yesterday was not the best day but I was under my points and walked the dog - so an ok day.
