whew, stopped dieting and logging in prior to thanksgiving. Obviously from the scale I enjoyed a lot of food and drink! New Year, new me. Disappointed but new day.

I ran 5 miles today! I'm so happy! I can't believe I did it, I haven't ran 5 miles in quite some time. Still not logging all my food not sure what my deal is but exercise is helping me at least think about it more what I'm putting in my mouth. :-) I really look forward to when I've got some of this weight off so it's not quite so laborious to run. I bought a running leash for my dogs that I put around my waist. It was pretty nice actually. Except for when they decided to chase a squirrel... That was a little scary! LOL
