Back under 300 after the Christmas and New Years. I'll never do that again!

I thought I would not worry about the diet on Christmas Eve, but that turned into 2 weeks, hence the 6 pound gain. I'm not sure if I believe it's all fat, but it's still a 6 pound gain. I have learned that I can't look at this as a "diet" anymore, but a change of the way I eat. I think that will help me not to allow myself to authorize a day for uncontrolled eating. I have gone back to detox, and I will take it from there.

Wow, broke the 300 mark in a little over 2 months. That makes it a 30 pound loss so far. I've been staying in between Phase II and Phase III. Merry Christmas!
