Lost 15Lbs while on my 1500 cal a day diet. Once off I maintained pretty well. I have gone off bad the last few weeks and would like to go for another 10 pounds which would put me at around 208.

Lost 8 lbs... I have not followed the diet well on weekends but during the week when I have a schedule I dont' find it difficult and I exercise 4 times a week for about 40 to 45 min. during my lunch hour. All of this is helping.

I have felt great this week watching what I eat and not over eating. My heart burn has been less each night. If I can keep up the exercise over the weekend I should be in good shape for thanksgiving.
I'm not sure how accurate the cal counter on the website actually is but I am trying to plan my meals around that. I dont understand the exercise issue. If I eat 1500 cals but exercise and burn 200 did I eat 1300 for the day or am I still at 1500 cal for food. either way it is still way less than what I use to eat.
I am breathing better. I don't feel stuffed. If I can stick with this I am looking forward to feeling much healthier.

I am currently 230lbs I have bad heart burn and I don't sleep well. I would love for my weight loss to stop the heart burn so i will not have to depend on medicine.
