Ok...I'm back on. I had went off for 2 weeks. I wasn't too bad and didn't gain any back. I'm back at it and already in mod ketosis after 5 days or so. Started walking again, but moderately. Appreciate all the support.

Down .5 lbs today. Had 1 cup chicken salad (baked breast, mayo, onion, sugar-free relish), 1 Tbs peanut butter, 1 cup chicken chili, and taco salad for dinner. Didn't walk today, still too hot. I cut back on tea today and drank more water. Taking my vitamins, including potassium. Wish me well! :)

Keto was moderate last night, but trace this morning. Still losing though. I hope I am eating right. I still drink alot of tea w/sweetnlow but I can't give that up. Today I had bacon&eggs, refried beans w/cheese and salsa, whipped cream and teaspoon of peanut butter. Made chicken chili for dinner. Tomorrow, I start walking again in the mornings for about an hour. I appreciate any comments. Thanks
