Tracking my 1st trimester loss 😬. It’s been rough holding down food. Who knew pregnancy was a good diet? Hoping that scale will go up soon in a slow, steady, and healthy way.

Another big drop but the kicker is I’m in my first trimester and unable to hold down food which is the biggest reason for the loss lately. The scale should be going up soon in a good way so I’ll be taking a break :)
