When I eat crap, I feel like crap... Sticking to the 40/40/20 definitely helps with my energy and I feel better. If I can just stick with the program, it will be fine. My biggest issue... not eating enough protein and veggies.

I already subscribe to MFP, but wanted to see how friendly this site was for losing weight. I have already lost 35 pounds. I need to lose 25-30 more. I am working against a household where fatty and sugary foods are constantly surrounding me. No support at all. It has to be all me and I have to find healthy support.
