I had a tough day because I didn't want to eat my small salad and turkey sandwich for lunch. I really wanted the cheeseburger and baked beans. I resisted the urge! It was good that a couple of my friends were eating salads too.
When I got home I did Hip Hop Abs. I really didn't have the energy but pressed on and finished the 40 minute dance workout. Felt good to get a workout checked off my list of things to do.
