I was so excited to have my measurements and body fat done yesterday. I have gone down in nearly every area, well maybe one but my body fat has reduced from 20% to 15.75% and that is what makes me happy!

Having fun mixing up my workouts this week. I will be starting the new T 25 second week of July if anyone is interested. Its 25 minutes a day 5 days a week. I got to preview it and try it out and its alot of fun! Today Im doing a little Les Mills Pump for some weight training ;=)

How would you like to take your fitness to the next level with only 25 minutes/5 days a week?
I am staring my official T25 journey on July 15th and I want 5 people to join me! I want the "I don't have time to workout" people...I want the "I barely have time to breathe" people...I want those who say it can't be done in 25/5
