It's amazing how fast my weight is coming off now that I've stopped eating fast food. I don't crave McDonald's French fries - I don't even like them anymore! Screws up my budget, but the weight is coming off!

I've been working at our baseball stadium and doing a lot of walking there. It seems to help with the weight loss. Of course, the hot dogs and nachos might not be helping, but they sure taste great!

I've noticed now that I've stopped eating packaged foods (including Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, and Weight Watchers) I have been able to lose the weight. I'm hoping to continue this once all the seasonal produce is gone. I'm feeling great and might even join the YMCA! I said might.
