So happy I decided to break the only weigh yourself once a week rule. the three pounds I gained was just Holiday bloat :) Now hopefully next week will be 134!

Toady was successful :) Didn't get to do my weightlifting as I am paying for what I ate yesterday, but I did get 25 min on the treadmill earlier today on my lunch break. I ate about 1300 cals but since I sit most of the day and did miss my work out I think that is sufficient. Already planned my breakfast, snack, and lunch for tomorrow. Lets hope for another great day.
Looking forward to day 2 of the couch to 5k training tomorrow!
