April 23rd/2012:
I will not be weighing in today, mainly for the fact that I'm sure I've gained more weight than I want to imagine.
I have decided to quit drinking alcohol(it's fair to say I'm "addicted" or an "alcoholic", I just call it a big problem because I do not want to admit it..)
Day one begins tomorrow. Every minute of my day will be scheduled, written down, and posted at the end of every day.
Exercise will increase, I will be making a grocery list and a recipe list for next week, and spending the money I would normally spend on booze, will be going to healthy foods(and snacks).
Something needs to change..
Also.
For anyone reading this,
any suggestions on healthy snacks that will assist in weight loss? Or foods that help to accelerate weight loss?

Today is strictly dedicated to burning calories.
Before I can do anything enjoyable, I have to
:
+ Burn 300cals on the exercise bike.
+ 50 sit-ups
+ 50 crunches(also 50 reverse crunches)
+ 25 squats
+ 20 push-ups
On an emotional level, I'm severely struggling. Maybe I'm not as strong as I thought..
“I can't eat and I can't sleep. I'm not doing well in terms of being a functional human, you know?”
Today is going to be a grueling day..let's get it started..
