Yummy super-healthy green smoothie (really a red smoothie) today! Blueberries, strawberries, half of a banana, 2 cups of arugula, beet powder and protein powder! Yum. :)

Feeing great! That first day of counting calories was hard after spending a few months on keto (where I probably had 3000 calories a day), but I made it! The key for me was ending the night with a 100-calorie bag of popcorn and a protein pancake. Woot!
