como batata doce, frango, ovo,mandioca, mamao, granola, feijao, arroz, leite. Nao fico me restringindo muito. Pra vc ter o corpo que deseja sempre 60% alimentação, 20% descanso e 20% treino essa é a sequência se nao nem adianta seu esforço.
