Ok. So the food is all messed up. Apparently I (or Fatsecret) put all of yesterday's intake into today. I'm not gonna worry about it. Here's my workout for today:

Ok. So no likes or comments :-( I guess taking 2 months off to travel has me losing followers. :-(
That's ok. I'll do this. Purposefully didn't exercise today because I'm needing longer to recuperate...and I had a very intense day yesterday.
Tomorrow, up at 7am to be in a karate class by 9am, then on to the gym.

I'm back ! Finally returned from South America and ready to hit the gym again. I also rejoined my martial arts dojo, so it'll be a bit rough going and sore, I'm sure. In any event, on to tracking my food intake again. Could sure use some motivational support ! Thanks !

It's been a bit more difficult working out while traveling in South America than I imagined. The weights also don't have any numbers on them ! (and it's metric anyway). So, I'm simply going with what feels right, with the goal of being able to lift the entire stack of plates by the time it's time to go home in March. So, far I only have 4 plates to go (out of 17 total). As far as diet ? Pfffft. Not gonna happen. So many weird foods here, it'd take me a week to look all of them up. Just concentrating on eating decent, with no fried foods.
