Looking forward to a Sunday full of cleaning the kitchen, prepping veggies for the next few days, laundry & folding, a little homework with the kids, some grocery shopping, and making a fabulously healthy dinner. Feeling groovy...=)

I've lost my way recently, but I'm not letting that happen anymore. Using this weekend to reload my weapons and smash this fat monster. I'm usually so committed to this, but stress of returning to work for a new school year these past 3 weeks has thrown me off track. How on earth would such a thing happen? I was doing so great and I was PROUD. Now I've just shamed myself and I'm angry. Not letting it happen again. I had this in my control before, and I'm going back to that place again, starting NOW.

Back at it tomorrow in a big low carb way after I can finally afford to get the right groceries for myself again. Big gain over the last 2 weeks, but not worried too much. I'm bloated and swollen in my legs beyond recognition, since I've been sitting so long at work. That will come right back off QUICK. I wasn't paying attention to my eating due to some life stresses. Clear-headed now and things are looking up. Focusing on ME again, because I refuse to go back to that horrible place of morbid obesity and depression ever again. Also I haven't had the money for proper nutritious groceries, so I've been eating the meals I've cooked for the family on a budget. Budget groceries are NOT healthy. Why is it that way? It should really be the total opposite. How sad. Heading out school shopping with the kids in a few minutes, and planning in advance where we will eat for lunch so I can stay on target. ;) Now if i can maintain my sanity through it all, it will end up being a great day!
