Day 2 of 365 ....
Still trying , not that hard really. I just have to try and keep myself motivated. But like we said early days . Yes I again it will start to test me . So I am going to set myself small but steady goals . Not to much else I know I will fall .

Day 1 ..Of 365
My diet starts again today . For the next 12 months , I am hoping , or maybe planning on writing in my journal every day .
And this next 12 months will help me in start to a new me .

I have made a conscious note to myself. I will be doing a journal entry at least every other day . I have a bully at home , it is what he says that hurt the most . Some say u wouldn't put up with that . But at 67 years of age I ain't leaving with no where to go . And with my health problems I couldn't leave . I am an older woman, not that steady on her feet . But hey oh , we carry on regardless .
Now this diet thingy , where do I see myself??
This is my biggest pain . I have yo yoed up and down all my diet life . Now I have to stand firm , don't fall over this time . I have some beautiful dresses 👗 that at the moment are just too tight . This is gonna be for me .

Living like this takes its toll . I live with a control freak . It won't leave me alone . I am trying to help he says . Excuse me I say bollocks you want me to do what you want . And now he is looking into my food consumption. And then he says I worry about you . Nah that ain't true . You have to be in control, I then go on the down load of cakes and chocolate . That has always been my go to , when things get tough .
Let's see what this week brings . Sorry for my outburst, but it made me see what is going on . Thank you for listening, again I apologise for the harsh words .

Finally I have give myself the kick up the ass . My diet journey as to change . Having been fighting myself for way too long .Time to focus on getting myself healthy.
