hé oui dans la douleurs dorsales produit par la L5 qui s'écrase, me paralyse et m'handicape, donc je mange sans activité sportive ou grande marche. Étant gourmand il me faut me reprendre en main si non mes analyses de sang vont aller dans le rouge...pas le vin 🍷 rouge!!😘😘😘..bon
bon pas facile, les glucides explosent,
alors il me faudrait un seul repas par jour mais plus facile à dire...mon conseil partir 15 jours seul, dans un autre cadre, avec le minimum dans le frigo.
.. j'ai déjà fait l'expérience c'est top...en une semaine j'arrive à perdre 4 kg...et mon organisme se repose...
