Uggg...only 1 pound lost! I'm walking and working out with weights-watching my food intake...come on already. The only positive thing is clothes are fitting better. Ok- refocus time.

Bad Bad night...I pretty much skipped dinner and ate some vanilla wafers I was so upset b/c my legs broke out in hives from some lotion I was using and I was itching like crazy-took some benadryl and eventually passed out from it lol. Then was up half the night itching so lack of sleep is killing me this morning. So far so good though...had some ham and coffee for breakfast-will eat 2 eggs in a bit just not quite hungry yet. I am not gonna let myself slip at all! what a whirlwind of a day yesterday!

Ok...stilllll at the same weight. But I talked to a friend over the weekend that told me just hang in there---since I am walking and working out so much I am building muscle so the scale won't tip just yet. I am noticing a difference in how my clothes feel and look on me. So its working just not the scale yet.

Oh no! I didn't do very good yesterday with my eating...I ate some vanilla cream cookies-it was the darn PMS that got to me. Back on track double time today. This was the first time I caved since I've been back on Atkins which has been 4 weeks now. I still worked out for 20 minutes but no walk-it was kinda drizzly so didn't feel up to taking a chance of getting rained on. Any of you ladies out there have any recommendations on how to curb the PMS cravings that can be so strong at times???
